 
Technology is at the heart of our operation. Processing thousands of title and
registration transactions is a routine part of our daily operations using
proprietary SVRS technology.
SVRS is a combination of client-server desktop and internet technologies. It was
created in-house specifically to fulfill the needs of document tracking, titling
and registering vehicles. All paper and digital documentation is checked into
the SVRS system upon arrival. A transaction identifier is assigned that allows
us to track the item through production.
In the production cycle business rules determine whether documents will progress
using high speed or standard processing methods. In automatic processing, our
direct interface to the State DMV allows us to process thousands of transactions
per day. Standard processing requires various levels of human interaction
depending on individual State DMV requirements. In either case SVRS standardizes
our data to assist in handling our library, consisting of over 8,000 individual
state forms.
Throughout the process, quality control methods ensure the final transaction is
complete and complies with all State policies. Quality testing assures VIN’s are
validated, vehicle identity conforms to individual DMV requirements, and proper
documenting procedures are performed.
